Madison-Champaign Educational Service Center is looking for a preschool administrator to provide leadership and support to employees, students, families, and other stakeholders engaged with our preschool program. The Fairhaven Early Learning Academy program is located in London, Ohio.

*Full-Time position * 8 hours/day 5 days/week 225 days/year

Start date August 1, 2024

Qualifications Considered Ohio Administrative License Pre-kindergarten teaching License Administrative Specialist License Prekindergarten license in special needs Experience in preschool and with individuals with disabilities preferred Satisfactory results on criminal records check

Candidates should have the ability to

• Identify, evaluate, and implement program options and instructional practices that support the diverse learning needs of students with and without disabilities.
• Demonstrate effective organizational, planning, and project management skills
• Establish professional relationships with co-workers and function as part of a cohesive team
• Oversee the delivery of program services deemed essential by participating school districts
• Ideal candidates will possess the spirit of leading with a servant's heart.
