EMEA Vice President of Identity Sales - Drive Growth in a Dynamic Market
Entrust is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented EMEA Vice President of Identity Sales to lead our growth initiatives across the region.
Reporting to the Global VP of Identity Sales, you will be responsible for the executive leadership and management of Entrust's sales functions for our cutting-edge customer identity verification, authentication, and digital signature solutions.
This is a pivotal role where you will lead a high-performing team of sales executives and account managers, driving new business growth and market penetration across strategic, enterprise, and commercial customer accounts. You will be instrumental in expanding our new logo customer base and strengthening our presence in the EMEA market.
What You'll Do:
Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve annual objectives and quarterly commitments through strategic pipeline development, upselling, cross-selling, and new logo acquisition.
Lead Strategic Sales Initiatives: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Product Management, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other key stakeholders.
Cultivate Key Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at current and potential client organizations, including partners and system integrators.
Provide Exceptional Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Manage Sales Operations: Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to senior management, leveraging CRM systems and other tools.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and provide valuable market insights to the Marketing function.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Experience & Success, Solution Engineering, and other GTM roles to ensure seamless customer experiences.
What You'll Bring:
Minimum 10 years of quota-carrying sales experience with a proven track record of success, including at least 5 years in SaaS/cloud software sales.
Demonstrated experience leading sales teams across multiple regions within EMEA.
Experience selling within the identity/authentication/financial services industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
Proven ability to manage both direct and indirect sales channels.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive presence.
Proven record of new enterprise customer acquisition.
Strong forecasting and financial planning experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in sales leadership at a start-up or early-stage growth company.
Deep understanding of the Financial Services industry and EMEA regulatory frameworks for KYC.
Strong management and leadership skills, with experience in coaching and developing teams.
Experience managing both local and remote teams in a complex matrix environment.
Experience leading sales in a multinational company.
