the team you’ll be working with

You will be working on our brand new media and technology global RPO account. They are expanding for phase 2 and looking for a talent advisor to be on site with stakeholders in West London. This role needs someone proactive to handle internal hires across the Sky brand. The culture of the client is very collaborative in a creative and fun environment.

job purpose

To provide a specialist RPO solution to our client. We are looking for a talent advisor to look after our internals.

responsibilities:

• Forming a clear picture of where the client’s organisation is within your specialised market, what the challenges are and what the future state will look like.

• Gathering market intelligence from market insights reports, internal and external sources and sharing with client and internal team.

• Building and analysing market knowledge, tooling and methods.

• Bringing internal insights and external market insights together to craft the Talent strategies with the clients.

• Optimising a wide variety of processes, procedures and precedents to interpret data and to align with the priorities of the clients strategy.

• Leading conversations with clients, diagnosing problems, giving advice and developing solutions with support of Senior/Principal Talent Advisor colleagues and internal subject matter experts (e.g. operational excellence).

• Driving innovation by proactively identifying and coming up with innovative ideas.

• Partnering with the Sourcing Recruitment Business Partners and Talent Advisors globally to drive an excellent candidate experience.

• Utilisation of ATS ensuring compliance and program standards are met.

• Creating advanced reports for internal and external needs to craft client’s Talent Advisory strategy.
