Duties and responsibilities related to the Steward ​ role * *

• Ensure all kitchen and Back of House (BOH) areas are kept immaculately clean, adhering tothehotelshigh standards.

• Assistin the smooth running of kitchen operations by washing dishes, cleaning equipment, andmaintainingthe organization of storage areas.

• Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery, supporting your colleagues as needed.

• Assistin implementing waste management strategies to minimize environmental impact andoptimizeresource use, including recycling programs.

*About you *

Previousexperience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant isdesired.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with aproactive and positive attitude;willingnessto learn and adapt.
