We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to enable broader selection for the Prime Video Marketplace and drive new customer acquisition.

Prime Video is a premium streaming service that offers customers a vast collection of TV shows and movies - all with the ease of finding what they love to watch in one place. We offer customers thousands of popular movies and TV shows from Originals and Exclusive content to exciting live sports events. Key job responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering new ways in which customers can seamlessly purchase, rent or subscribe to our Prime Video Marketplace content. You will lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation, design to building across technical teams, experimenting and launching to customers.

You will establish priorities as part of your program, you will work independently, and you will successfully execute multiple projects for Prime Video worldwide owning the project timelines and maintaining accountability on deliverables.

In addition to this, you will frequently engage business, product and technology leaders and be a strong advocate for our customers.

You will influence the technical architecture of the solutions being built as part of your program and you will make insightful contributions to the team's strategic direction.

The Senior Technical Program Manager role in the Prime Video Marketplace Tech team requires excellent leadership and delivery skills, strategic thinking, strong technical expertise, with stakeholder management skills to partner effectively across Amazon teams within and outside of Prime Video.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

  • Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams

  • Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design

  • Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management

  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
