Amazon Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager, Ad Sales, UK in London, United Kingdom

Description

Following the recent launch of Prime Video Ads, we are seeking a experienced and results-driven Sponsorship Sales Manager to drive revenue through the sale of sponsorship opportunities across Prime Video programming. This individual will be a crucial part in the growth of Prime video Ads and presents an opportunity to develop both product and GTM for one of the biggest streaming services in the World.

Key job responsibilities

Product and Sales Strategy Development:

Work closely with internal product teams to develop our Sponsorship offerings into cross Amazon brand partnerships, attuned to the needs of the biggest Sponsorship advertisers.

Identify key accounts and teams within media agencies, focusing on maximizing revenue and building long term growth.

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to sell sponsorship opportunities across Prime Video programming, spanning multiple genres – Entertainment, Live Sports and Music.

Sales Execution:

Build and maintain relationships with sponsorship and partnership teams in agency groups and client direct. Focus on building H2 24 pipeline as well as longer term opportunities for 2025 and beyond.

Understand client needs and tailor sponsorship packages to meet their marketing and business objectives.

Present and pitch sponsorship opportunities to potential clients and agencies highlighting the benefits and value of partnering with Amazon Prime Video

Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiate sponsorship agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. Work with both internal and external teams in the development and execution of contracts.

Close deals efficiently and effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.

Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including but not limited too; LCS Sales, Agency development, Marketing, Content Production, Legal, Finance and Ad operations, to ensure seamless development, GTM and delivery of sponsorship commitments.

Work with Account Management to provide clients with regular updates and reports on sponsorship performance and ROI

Amazon Prime Video is a global leader in streaming services, providing an extensive range of movies, TV shows, Live sports and original content to millions of subscribers worldwide. Following the recent launch of Prime Video Ads, the team is focused on driving ad revenue through long term partnerhips with brands, across Sponsorships, video media and Brand funded programming.

Basic Qualifications

Significant digital video or Sponsorship sales experience

Experience building client and agency relationships

Experience closing sales and revenue generation

Experience working cross functionally

Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Significant media advertising experience

Experience in executive level engagement with C-Suite
