Core Responsibilities

  • Utilisation of current systems, tools, and automation to lead the People Insights and Analytics agenda, reporting on recruitment performance and Group/Talent KPIs.

  • Support the team on regular and ad-hoc reporting in close collaboration with members of PO&D (People, Operations and Development), TA (Talent Acquisition), Talent Leadership and Executive Leadership teams.

  • Deliver recruitment forecasts and insights, working with sizeable datasets to create storylines and the 'so what?' narrative behind the data.

  • Drive data stewardship and literacy in our organisation, laying the foundations for the next level of people analytic practices.

Do you have what it takes?

  • You are highly dedicated to and experienced in People Analytics, including recruitment insights and reporting.

  • Proven experience in a People/Workforce Analytics function, partnering with the business to deliver analytics projects.

  • Expertise in analytics and visualization tools (PowerBI, Visier, Workday).

  • Experience in advanced predictive analytics and coding i.e., Python/R

  • Interest HR systems – possibly you have experience within utilisation of cloud-based platforms.

  • A phenomenal collaborator and communicator with a keen interest in understanding business challenges through data.

  • Experience from several areas of HR through the lens of Analytics, including expertise in Talent Acquisition.

  • Comfortable working in an international environment and navigating the nuances of local, regional, and global dynamics.
