The Role

Our partners are the world’s leading consulting firms, service providers and automation service specialists. As an Account Executive – Joint Partner Pursuits, you have a proven sales record of working with Partners in region to build joint go-to-market plans that lead to successful software sales to Enterprise clients. You are comfortable working in partnership with global Advisory firms such as Accenture Deloitte, EY, KPMG and PwC as well as regional system integrators and specialized value-add partners. You are comfortable leading sales efforts and evangelizing the new digital workforce to their clients. Partners will expect you to champion the innovative power of intelligent automation to make organizations more profitable, productive, and collaborative. With a passion for automation, you will be leading efforts to show how intelligent automation can transform Enterprises and entire industries in UK & Ireland by automating and integrating complex processes.

Primary Duties

  • As a member of the Sales Team, you will develop and execute plans and strategies to acquire new logos as part of a joint pursuit plan with partners.

  • You will work heavily in partner offices and customer offices to gain mindshare on intelligent automation and become the go-to expert for partners or clients.

  • You will work with our partners to create additional business pipeline and revenue stream associated with net new logos.

  • Once new business areas and offerings are identified, you will work with the marketing teams from our partner and AA in order to organise outbound campaigns which might include new marketing collaterals, blitz days, webinars, social campaigns, etc.

  • You will be sufficiently familiar with our product and technology to engage in thoughtful product discussions and hands-on demonstrations to decision makers and stakeholders.

  • A large majority of your time will be partner & customer facing. You will measure the pulse of the market in general, manage customer expectations and communicate relevant information back to the organization through regular interactions with Marketing, Products, and Global Services.

  • Maintain accurate, predictable forecasts, and drive continuous improvement and training around the sales process.

Relevant Skills and Experience

  • Good technical understanding of our complete product set

  • Value proposition and assessment skills

  • Good knowledge or Technology and/or Artificial Intelligence

  • Knowledge of technology around automation, integration, workflow

  • Experience of working with different software vendors

  • Good public speaking and presentation skills

  • Proven track record of diversified pipeline and revenue generation exceptional drive and energy – skills this role requires a very high degree of independence, a hunter mentality to go out and create/ drive revenue growth in a competitive marketplace

  • Accurate opportunity qualification is an essential skill to be successful

  • Ability to sell to software vendors and in particular also being able to work with these partners to sell to end user clients and negotiate partner contracts and fees.

  • Create business plans and prioritisation of activities, discussing different delivery and business models with partners.

  • Ability to present a library of solutions to partners and define joint go to market strategy

  • Strong presentation / video voice over / demo

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ideally, University Education (BA, BSC or Higher) or equivalent practical experience

  • Strong technical aptitude

  • 3+ years of work experience with Enterprise Software sales (inclusive of thru partners) and ideally with experience from a direct competitor

  • Start-up experience advantageous

  • Experience working cross-functionally

  • Up to 30-50% travel required for this job
