Neuberger Berman Regulatory Analyst in London, United Kingdom

Position Overview

This position will report directly to the Head of the London Middle Office, with the prime focus on all European regulations (MiFID II Transaction and Trade Reporting, EMIR I (Bi-lateral Broker Reconciliation), EMIR (DTCC Transaction Reporting Reconciliation), but mainly responsible for the FundRecs platform.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the Regulatory oversight for: -

  • MiFID II Transaction Reporting (UnaVista)

  • MiFID II Trade Reporting (TRAX/Aladdin)

  • EMIR Transaction Reporting Reconciliation (FundRecs)

  • EMIR ReFit 2024

  • EMIR Bilateral Reconciliation (TriResolve)

  • ASIC Transaction Reporting (FundRecs)

  • MAS Transaction Reporting (FundRecs

  • Ability to work with regulator enquires

  • Onboard new portfolios onto the TriResolve & FundRecs

  • Partner with Brokers on new delegated reporting agreements

  • Provide monthly MI

  • Update to date with regulatory market knowledge and changes

Key Requirements / Qualifications (essential unless stated)

  • MiFID II and EMIR/ASIC/MAS regulations (essential)

  • Aladdin knowledge

  • Fast learner and with a passion to perform

  • Good team player

  • Prioritizations and multi-tasking skills

  • Good attention to detail with risk mitigating abilities
