Celonis Principal Solution Specialist (ERP migrations) in London, United Kingdom

Overview: We are looking for an experienced Principal Solution Specialist to support our sales team in positioning Celonis for SAP S/4HANA migrations and drive successful system transformations for our most strategic customers, as well as lead the development of methodologies and enablement programs for our field teams to support the rest of the customers. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in system transformation projects, strong advisory and customer support skills throughout the end-to-end implementation journey, and a passion for building frameworks and knowledge-sharing programs to drive field team success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Support & Thought Leadership:

  2. Partner with the sales team to position Celonis as a strategic enabler for system transformation, focusing on SAP S/4HANA migrations.

  3. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to help customers and partners understand the value of Celonis in streamlining and optimizing their migration journey.

  4. Provide thought leadership by identifying emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities in system transformation and process mining.

  5. Advisory and Customer Journey Management:

  6. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through the entire Celonis implementation and SAP S/4HANA migration journey.

  7. Provide expert advisory services on process optimization, process mining, and transformation strategy before, during, and after Celonis implementation.

  8. Manage and support customers through all phases of system transformation, ensuring a seamless and successful migration experience.

  9. Collaboration with Global System Integrators (GSI):

  10. Collaborate closely with the Celonis field team,GSIs, and customers to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables

  11. Create alignment between sales, delivery, and GSIs by ensuring everyone is equipped with the same tools, processes, and knowledge to drive successful transformations.

  12. Establish strong partnerships with GSIs to ensure coordinated efforts and alignment on standards for delivering complex transformation projects.

  13. Methodology Development & Standardization:

  14. Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive methodology for integrating Celonis into SAP S/4HANA migration projects.

  15. Establish best practices and standards that guide system transformation and process mining engagements across the organization.

  16. Ensure consistency and scalability in Celonis-enabled transformations by creating repeatable processes and templates that can be leveraged by all field teams.

  17. Field Team Enablement & Knowledge Transfer:

  18. Create and deliver training and enablement programs to equip field teams with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to manage SAP S/4HANA migrations using Celonis.

  19. Develop educational content, including playbooks, technical guides, and process documentation, to support the learning journey of field and partner teams.

  20. Conduct workshops, webinars, and hands-on training sessions to accelerate the field team's expertise in system transformation and process optimization.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in system transformation, specifically in SAP S/4HANA migration, with a focus on methodology development and enablement.

  • Proven experience guiding customers through complex end-to-end system transformations, from planning through post-implementation support.

  • Strong advisory, customer relationship, and consultative sales skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of translating technical solutions into business value.

  • Experience working in collaborative teams across sales, technical, and partner organizations.

  • Proven experience developing and standardizing processes, frameworks, and methodologies for large-scale transformation projects.

  • Strong experience in creating and delivering enablement programs, including training materials, workshops, and hands-on support for technical and sales teams.

Travel: This role will require some travel to support customers and work closely with field teams across the globe.
