Meta Integrated Marketing Lead - Quest EMEA in London, United Kingdom

Summary:

Reality Labs is looking for a seasoned Marketer to lead our consumer marketing for Quest across EMEA. In this role, you will lead developing distinctive, effective and integrated consumer marketing that builds the Quest brand and accelerates the growth of our business. Directly managing a team of integrated marketers, and leading the greater cross-functional squad responsible for all aspects of EMEA MR marketing. You will be responsible for leading best-in-class go-to-market for our new hardware, and developing breakthrough regional integrated marketing programs and campaigns that deliver against our business goals.

Integrated Marketing Lead - Quest EMEA Responsibilities:

  1. Provide leadership and coordination of EMEA Quest consumer marketing.

  2. Build and lead a high performing EMEA marketing team with skills necessary for long-term growth and success, both within and outside their org.

  3. Develop a deep understanding of local priorities (business targets, segmentation, priority markets) and cultural customer insights (consumer/market trends, key reasons as well as barriers to purchase, key feature usage) to be a thought partner with both the Country and Global teams.

  4. Drive creation and execution of EMEA integrated marketing strategy & plans, which consistently deliver against business metrics. Ensuring that previous campaign learnings are being leveraged.

  5. Identify and scale EMEA wide marketing programs to drive effectiveness and efficiency.

  6. Work XFN to create and/or input on insightful briefs drawing on different sources of insights and knowledge to weave together creative narratives, including internal and external data sources, to inspire our creative partners in EMEA and Global.

  7. Working closely with EMEA insights team, implement and manage Analytics & Learning Agendas to demonstrate the impact and return of marketing investment for the business in the short and long-term

  8. Cultivate strong working relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders and XFN teams ( incl. global and regional marketing teams, Creative, Media, Sales, Comms), driving transparency, coordination and alignment on EMEA marketing plans.

  9. Lead strong relationships with external agencies and inspire the creation of culturally relevant campaign work rooted in local consumer insights.

  1. 14+ years’ experience leading marketing for consumer-facing brand(s) in the EMEA.

  2. Experience developing country and regional marketing strategies and integrated consumer campaigns at well established brands.

  3. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams, either formally through reporting structure or informally through influence

  4. Experience in identifying and leveraging insights and analytics.

  5. Understanding of media planning process in the EMEA

  6. Experience developing bold, breakthrough integrated marketing campaigns, with specific influencer strategies, that drove measurable results at a local or regional level.

  7. Experience working cross functionally with a geographically-dispersed and multi-disciplinary group in the development of marketing strategy, plans and execution

  8. Written and oral fluency in English.

  1. Experience leading marketing for a consumer technology brand in the EMEA

  2. Knowledge of the CE Retail Channel environment in the EMEA

  3. Outstanding creative sense, plus excellent written and verbal communication skills

  4. Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving and ever-changing environment

  5. Proven communicator, able to clearly articulate marketing’s role and the importance in driving the business
