The Prime Video EU Social team are looking for a highly motivated, innovative and performance-oriented Head of Influencer Marketing to help grow our business across Europe. The role will focus on the growth of the influencer and creator function, driving strategy across the region. Prime Video aims to have best-in-class influencer campaigns to support our launches and to grow our social community and fan base. We’re making great progress, but we’re seeking an expert in the field to take our influencer strategy to the next level. You will drive the long-term vision and plans in addition to supporting a team of influencer managers in their executing of campaigns through sound judgement and high business acumen. The ideal candidate in this role is comfortable moving between right and left brain thinking, with their day-to-day including both creative and innovative thinking and diving deep in data and measurement.

Key job responsibilities

• Create and own Prime Video EU’s influencer and creator strategy

• Manage a wide range of stakeholders – across the globe both internally and externally

• Facilitate the advancement of internal processes and infrastructure to make influencer marketing more efficient and impactful for the business

• Drive the best-in-class measurement and analytics of influencer marketing

• Oversee a team of high-performing influencer marketers, supporting them with complex talent management, high-stakes campaign execution and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience managing teams

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

  • Experience in marketing or marketing research

  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

  • Experience directly managing teams

  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading across multiple locales

  • Experience defining marketing strategy and executional excellence

  • Experience in social media, influencer marketing and entertainment.
