To build on this success, Oracle is looking for a senior executive to drive AI Business Development cross EMEA. This regional senior leader will build, develop, and guide a talented team of senior AI Business Development leaders running pan-EMEA AI sales strategy and motions. He will play an instrumental role in developing the future for our Cloud AI business across EMEA. This leader will be an integral part of the EMEA AI Leadership team.

Description

Reporting directly to the VP AI Sales EMEA, the EMEA Senior director will be responsible for leading a team of AI Business Development leaders covering Oracle AI portfolio including AI infrastructure (GPU IaaS), Machine Learning Data Science, AI Services and Gen AI services, and oversee a high-growth region with a focus on developing new type of partnerships (sell-to, sell-with, sell-through), new contracting frameworks, innovative AI programs, strategic Alliances, driving pan-EMEA field enablement, representing Oracle at AI events, and more.

This regional senior leader will collaborate closely with the regional AI Sales Leaders, regional Oracle SVPs and country VPs, HQ leaders and other stakeholders to deliver against Oracle’s EMEA AI strategy and ambitions to exceed revenue targets.

Sales Leadership responsibilities:

  • Hire, develop and manage a team of senior AI sales & buss dev profiles with pan-EMEA responsability

  • Set team’s goals and ambition, and needed success metrics and reporting (revenue, LPI) to drive AI revenue across EMEA,

  • Review the team’s performance, provide coaching, support, and take actions to secure performance,

  • Build go-to-market, sales programs, and initiative together with key stakeholders at Oracle, partners and customers,

  • Act as an evangelist and leading industry figure for the Oracle AI domain in the market as well as internally

  • Identify and exploit marketing, PR and sales activities to support the achievement of commercial objectives.

  • Engage with executives at relevant Oracle Partners to develop mutual success in the targeted countries.

  • Act as executive sponsor at strategic customers and maintain exec relationship with key stakeholders.

Required Skills/Experience

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 10 years experience in managing high-performing sales / consulting / buss dev teams in a technology company (ideally one of the top cloud hyper scalers in M2 capacity)

  • Real-life experience building an organization from the ground-up, and exceeding results in Cloud business,

  • Proven experience engaging at C-level, and building long-term relationship in fortune 500,

  • Proven experience winning large data, Gen AI and AI cloud projects (over $10M revenue), and successful delivery,

  • Understanding of cloud and AI trends and ability to constantly learning and upskilling.

  • Strong understanding of the partner, ISV, AI and Cloud ecosystem

  • Leading by example and inspiring excellence, and a passion for coaching and developing teams of talent
