About the job

We are looking for a Senior Business Change manager to design and execute the Programme Change Management Strategy and associated initiatives required to support the adoption of processes and platforms for the C2C transformation projects.

Key workstreams will include:

Programme Change Strategy, Change Impact Assessments, Business Readiness, Communication and Stakeholder Engagement, Dynamic Stakeholder Mapping.

Our business strategy is focused on moving from a traditional software licencing model to Cloud based solutions that enable our customers to easily adapt to market changes and adopt new practices in their organisations.

To support the strategic goals of AVEVA, the role of the Business Change Manager for the C2C programme is tasked implementing appropriate change management. strategy to embed the changes as a part of the transformation of the end to end customer value chain.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Delivering Change Management from start to finish for the transformation and business improvement projects for Transformation Programmes (Scoping, Estimation, and Management as needed).

  • Identifying and defining the appropriate and dynamic change strategies to effectively engage the impacted stakeholders (internal and external) working closely with corporate communications and business representatives.

  • Provides impact assessments and coaching support to sales and executive management to drive adoption and embed core processes to land the change

  • Development of training materials across the process and systems delivered in multiple mediums, Communications plans, collateral, and eLearning etc, to ensure alignment with impact assessment plan.

  • Support the delivery of the training plan including impact identification, content and objectives preparation as needed

  • Addressing any issues, resolving conflicts, and exceeding expectations for successful Change Management & Adoption

  • Develop and implement the broader communications plan to reach the entire company to explain the programme, impacts and benefits to the company using various mediums (Intranet, email, video, meetings etc.).

Measures of Success :

  • Impact assessment and change readiness assessments completed for the projects and actions developed to resolve any gaps

  • High quality change management plan, supporting the communications team roll out training and communications

  • Ongoing reviews of the project outcomes and develop and manage actions to resolve any issues

Essential Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Team Management – this role will lead a team for business change, training, and communications.

  • Previous development of effective change management and communication strategies for large scale initiatives or programs with measurable outcomes

  • Basic Knowledge of implementation and configuration of enterprise systems such as CRM, SFA, and ERP with ability to discuss experience with Salesforce or similar CRM

  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies

  • Proven ability to consult independently and collaborate with and influence all levels of the organizations, particularly senior leaders

  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and manage projects from start to finish building in benchmarks and status updates

  • Excellent communication, relationship, facilitation and motivational skills

  • Related industry qualification is preferred in the change management competence

  • University degree in related discipline with >10 years change management experience
