The Global Accounts Receivables team is part of the Enterprise Platforms Centre of Excellence (COE). The team plays a key role in the development of New Card Products, Benefit Programs, Lending and Commerce initiatives that help grow revenue, deepen customer engagement, and increase card member value. The team drives the development of products and software that deliver on business growth while increasing speed to market, enhancing customer experience, and building out our global next generation cloud based microservices platform for Accounts Receivable. 

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development and operational execution of our value-stream. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic direction, design, and implementation of our lending solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers while contributing to the financial health and growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, curious, with a proven track record in product management, and possess the leadership skills to inspire change and innovation within the product organization.

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Support Product Initiatives: Assist in the development and execution of product plans and initiatives. Contribute to the product roadmap development and feature prioritization.

  • Product execution: Lead the discovery, prioritisation and execution of quick new iterations, delivering fast to market and achieving incremental value for the business and customers.

  • Problem solver: Be able to solve complex, strategic problems, connect the dots of how business requirements solve the problem statement.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data related to product performance, customer feedback, and market research. Support the team in tracking and reporting on progress against OKRs.

  • Operational Model Change: Evangelise operational model changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in product delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Enthusiasm and passion: Have a love for great product management and products and services.

Minimum Qualifications

  • University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field(or has equivalent work experience) preferred

  • Proven years experience in Product Management (or technical business analysis) withconsistent track record in defining winning product constructs and delivering aproduct vision and strategy

  • Experience with software development lifecycle, Agile Scrum, BDD

  • Previous knowledge and experience with delivering product operation model change is a value asset

  • Knowledge and experience of fintech is valuable

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in product management: A couple of years' experience in product management with a track record of impactful and valuable product releases.

  • Problem solving: Ability to lead with curiosity and think strategically to solve customer and business problems.

  • Collaborative Mindset: Strong collaboration skills with experience working in cross-functional teams and facilitating workshops.

  • Customer-Centric: Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate those needs into product features and improvements.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.

Influence: The ability to influence without authority with the ability to work in a dynamic, complex environment.

Ambiguity: Comfortable with navigating with ambiguity and can switch from high level context with Senior Executives to granular level of detail with Engineers

Creative: Ability to think creatively and influence decision making across departments and levels within the organization.
