Overview
We’re looking for someone who’s not just technically skilled but also eager to grow, adapt, and push boundaries. If you

Responsibilities
Data-Driven Insights & Advanced Analytics
Turning data into insights, either by applying statistical modelling, predictive analytics, and machine learning to uncover patterns and enhance decision-making.
Translate complex data into actionable insights that drive precision and performance.
Campaign Performance & Impact Measurement
Analyse post-campaign results to extract key learnings and inform future strategies.
Collaborate with third-party providers to design and implement brand lift studies, measuring campaign influence across the funnel.
Client Engagement & KPI Development
Serve as the analytics expert for clients, providing insights, regular check-ins, and strategic recommendations aligned with business goals.
Develop tailored KPI frameworks that go beyond standard metrics, ensuring alignment with campaign and business objectives.
Technical Expertise & Hands-On Execution
Utilise Python, SQL, or R to extract, analyse, and visualise data effectively.
Maintain a hands-on approach to analytics, ensuring accuracy and high-quality insights.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Partner with media planning teams to integrate analytics into campaign strategies for optimal impact.
Qualifications

Have experience designing and implementing test-and-learn strategies (A/B tests, match market tests, etc.).
Understand marketing media industry KPIs inside and out.
Have expertise in causal analysis and measuring incrementality.
Have experience applying AI and LLMs for analytics, such as automating insights, enhancing predictive models, or enabling natural language data queries.
Have worked on AI-driven marketing tools, recommendation systems, or personalisation engines
