Syndicate 2019 reinsures a portfolio of U.S. ultra-high net worth personal lines business. How you will create an impact

This key role for the syndicate aims to ensure that the aggregate technical support team runs professionally and smoothly. The individual will be expected to coordinate their workload and work under the guidance of the Aggregate Manager.

The role will require a good understanding in the Insurance / Reinsurance industry. Previous experience of aggregate data entry is required.

  • The Aggregate Technical Assistant will assist with the coordination of any regulatory requirements in so far that they relate to aggregates (Solvency 2 / SOX etc)

  • Enter location data, policy data including perils, sub-limits and deductibles into the aggregation system

  • Handle all internal and external queries as required.

  • Responsible for reporting on aggregate data entry

  • Attend and prepare necessary documentation for underwriting team meetings.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Good knowledge of Insurance Market.

  • Excellent Excel skills and good attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills with all levels of staff.

  • Aggregate data entry experience.

  • Good I.T. Skills and Knowledge.
