Oracle AFCS Product Management Manager in LONDON, United Kingdom

Job Description

As the Senior Product Manager, you will shape and drive the vision and product strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers and partners to define the roadmap and plan for its successful execution. You will seek to innovate and push the solution to greater heights, solving for the long-term while delivering iterative value for today's customer.

What are we looking for

  • Extensive Product Management experience, 3+ of which managing and growing product teams and SaaS products in the Accounting or Financial Service sector

  • Accounting domain knowledge is a must, financial service specific highly preferred

  • Proven ability to influence cross departmental teams

  • Proficient in agile development methodologies

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the solution.

  • Analyze data from multiple sources to inform and iterate on your direction. Continuously evaluate feedback from buyers, users and partners along with competitive analysis, company strategy other relevant data.

  • Evangelize your vision and strategy to motivate internal teams and external audiences.

  • Be responsible for customer, user and business outcomes with clear KPIs and measured results.

  • Lead a global team of product managers to refine strategies into clear product requirements and designs.

  • Work with engineering teams to experiment, promote innovation and execute on strategies.

  • Coach, mentor and support your team to grow and develop their expertise in product management and accounting and finance.

  • Hire and retain a team of motivated, empathetic, and savvy people.

  • Partner with peers to continuously optimize the product strategy and development process.
