Amazon Account Manager (8 months fixed term contract), Amazon Incentives, Gift Cards in London, United Kingdom

This is a Fixed Term Contract role for 8 months and can be based in London or Munich.

Amazon Incentives is a multi-billion dollar global business responsible for Amazon Gift Card sales to companies for a variety of uses, including customer acquisition campaigns, loyalty programs, consumer promotions, employee incentives and disbursements (e.g. market research, insurance and customer compensation).

We are seeking an Account Manager to look after existing distributors relationships across Europe for Amazon Incentives team. In this client-facing role, you will own all aspects of the Amazon Incentives -client relationship. You will represent the voice of the client and customer to inform product development, seek new and creative ways to maximize client lifetime value, support and lead business projects.

The ideal candidate is a customer obsessed account manager, with couple of years experience. The role will require effective collaboration with key functional stakeholders within Amazon, such as Operations, Accounting, Legal, Product, Finance, Marketing, as well as other business units across Amazon.

Key job responsibilities

• Maintain and nurture client relationship

• Support channel managers and senior channel managers in day to day client management tasks

• Discuss commercial terms internally and with client

• Analyze and report on distributors' performance to the Amazon Incentives leadership team in the EU

• Serve as a main PoC for clients in portfolio, ensuring business continuity and removing blockers to growth.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master Degree

  • Couple of years of experience in account management with corporate clients

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English

  • Ability to work autonomously and know when to consult and escalate.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills

  • Hands-on approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Language knowledge: professional level of Spanish, German, French, Italian highly appreciated

  • Strong judgement and prioritization capability

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly

  • Demonstrated active listening skills and a highly consultative and solutions-oriented approach.
