The Job

The Creative Communications specialist is responsible for developing and creating visual communications such as videos, infographics, and intranet pages, alongside written communications for all stakeholders impacted by the Programs ran by the Transformation office, in this instance the C2C (Campaign to Cash) program.

The C2C Program for AVEVA aims to streamline our functionality and processes across the legal, sales and finance functions ensuring consistency and transparency.

This role involves collaborating with Programme Change Leads to identify specific communication requirements across both projects and workstreams to create materials align with the AVEVA’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Change Lead's and Analysts to understand Project specific communications requirements per project.

  • Create visual communications such as videos, infographics, and intranet pages to drive engagement and ensure effective communication lands well.

  • Support the planning, implementation, and successful delivery of C2C company wide ‘All Hands’ calls and Programme events (in partnership with the Communications Lead).

  • Ensure all content is of the highest standard, rigorously checked and approved by key stakeholders.

  • Ensure content is accessible to all colleagues and delivered in the most effective manner possible to encourage engagement.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience of strong visual design skills including delivering communications and campaigns to international teams (internal and external) by creating videos, infographics, and other visual communications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Hands-on experience with HTML-based content management systems such as WordPress and Mailchimp, as well as SharePoint, and Microsoft suite

  • Experience with Adobe CC Suite (Premier Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.) or similar

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication, relationship, and facilitation skills

  • Able to apply new concepts, business models, and technologies

  • Able to adjust and adapt to changing objectives and timescales effectively

Prefrerred Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic Knowledge of implementation and configuration of enterprise systems such as CRM, SFA, and ERP with ability to discuss experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
