Therefore, we are expanding our team and seeking for you, our new PRODUCT SPECIALIST, who will take in charge the responsibility of our Ethicon products in Lombardy.

You will join the Sales & Marketing Team and be prepared to successfully lead the deployment of our commercial strategy in your own territory, thanks to a best-in-class training program for new joiners that will include technical and commercial skills.

You will manage the promotion of Ethicon products and the related selling activities at a 360° level, dealing with both technical and commercial tasks:

• by supporting our participation in public tender procedures or private contracts negotiation and ensuring a successful end-to-end process. (60%)

• by interacting with clinical stakeholders (surgeons and scrub nurses) to help them understand the products’ technical features, also training them during surgical procedures, but also (40%)

Qualifications

• Master Degree STEM or Economics

• at least 3 year of experience in Medical Devices industry and/or in supporting in the operating room

• Previous experience in Healthcare sector and Tender Management required

• Previous experience with surgical medical devices will be considered a plus

• Italian native and fluent English

• Driving license

• willingness for travelling around Lombardy region

• Excellent communication and analytical skills
