Employer is seeking a highly motivated individual for a Loan Officer position. Loan Officers are responsible for originating loans, conducting borrower interviews, analyzing credit histories, and staying updated about current regulations. Attracts new loan applications by developing relationships within the community, specifically with the real estate community; making sales calls to prospective customers. Approves and completes mortgage loans. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. Strong financial and customer service skills Must be NMLS licensed (or be licensed within 3 months) Salary based on experience Starting $50,000 per year.
