The employer is seeking direct care worker to assist clients with environmental tasks. Demonstrate good verbal communications; professional conduct at all times; must submit to Criminal Investigation Background Check, Department of Health and Human resources Check and Drug screen. Duties include: assist with personal care and grooming, run errands for clients, prepare meals according to clients' diet, record client progress and communicate to RN, assist client with transfers, maintain records, perform household duties as assigned.
