Nexeo has WEEKEND openings for a Clean Room Technician,you'll be responsible for producing and assembling bioprocess containers within a cleanroom setting. This role demands strict adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures,ensuring the highest quality standards are consistently achieved. This is a full time WEEKEND opportunity: Friday-Sunday,and every other Thursday 6PM-6AM

Responsibilities

   Assemble and manufacture bioprocess containers in a cleanroom environment,meticulously following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs),Work Instruction Documents (WIDs),and detailed blueprints.

   Operate machinery,connect tubing and connectors,package products,and perform thorough inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.

   Conduct mutual product inspections,address any errors promptly,and maintain accurate documentation of any issues encountered.

   Diligently record data in Production Control Documents (PCDs).

   Engage in Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives,including Practical Process Improvements (PPI) and 5S practices.

   Work collaboratively with team members,providing support in training and mentoring as needed.

   Complete required training proactively and adhere to schedules to meet production targets.

Qualifications

   High school diploma or equivalent.

   Preferably 2 years of experience in production,though not mandatory.

   Effective communication skills,both verbal and written.

   Proficient in basic math and measurement techniques.

   Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

   Dependable in following procedures and achieving goals.

   Must comply with specific gowning requirements,including gloves,cleanroom attire,and face protection.

   Ability to work in a controlled cleanroom environment with humidity over 30% and temperatures ranging between 60-70.

   Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds,standing for extended periods,and performing repetitive tasks. Awareness of PPE and chemical safety is required.

Pay

$17.60 Per Hour

Friday-Sunday,and every other Thursday 6:00pm 6:00am
