Nexeo is seeking skilled Manufacturing Technicians to contribute to impactful work on a global scale,supporting career goals while addressing challenges like environmental protection,food safety,and disease cures. Produce Bioprocess Containers in a cleanroom,adhering to SOPs,WIDs,and blueprints.

Responsibilities

   Manufacture,and operate machinery,assemble tubing/connectors,packaging,and inspect products per blueprints and SOPs.

   Use tools like computers,calculators,measuring tools,assembly hand tools,machinery,and pallet jacks.

   Follow all safety and cGMP requirements.

   Ensure product quality through mutual inspection,error correction,and timely problem reporting.

   Document tasks accurately in Production Control Documents (PCD).

   Participate in Practical Process Improvements (PPI),Lean,and 5S activities.

   Collaborate with the team and assist in training co-workers.

   Complete training proactively and adhere to schedules to meet production goals.

Qualifications

   High school diploma or equivalent.

   2 years of production experience (preferred).

   Good verbal and written communication skills.

   Proficient in basic math and measurement.

   High accuracy and attention to detail.

   Consistent in following policies and meeting goals.

   Ability to work up to 12 hours in a fast-paced cleanroom with overtime as needed.

   Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted and ability to stand,move,reach,bend,stoop,push,and grasp.

   Ability to use tools requiring forceful gripping and repetitive motion.

   Specific gowning required (gloves,cleanroom shoes,hair & beard net,face cover,safety glasses).

   Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and understanding of chemical hygiene (SDS for disinfectants,solvents,IPA).

Pay

$16.00 - $18.40 Per Hour

Weekend Day and Weekday Grave Shifts available!

Weekend Day | Monday - Wednesday,every other Thursday | 6:00am - 4:30pm 

Weekday Grave | Monday - Wednesday,every other Thursday | 6:00pm - 6:00am

1st Week,Monday - Thursday Morning | 2nd Week,Monday - Friday Morning
