Nexeo HR is seeking a Manufacturing Technician. This is a Day shift working Monday Friday 7:30am-3:30pm. In this role,you will manufacture and assemble bioprocess containers in a cleanroom environment,ensuring high-quality standards are met while adhering to safety protocols and operating procedures. A resume is required for this position. 

Responsibilities

   Manufacture Bioprocess Containers in a cleanroom environment by closely following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP),Work Instruction Documents (WID),and blueprints/drawings.

   Operate machinery,assemble tubing/connectors,package,and inspect products.

   Ensure products meet quality standards by conducting mutual inspections,correcting errors,and documenting issues.

   Accurately record information in Production Control Documents (PCD).

   Participate in Lean and Continuous Improvement activities including Practical Process Improvements (PPI) and 5S.

   Collaborate with team members and assist with training and mentoring.

   Proactively complete training and adhere to schedules to meet production goals.

Qualifications

   High school diploma or equivalent.

   2 years in production preferred,not required.

   Good communication (verbal and written).

   Basic math and measuring skills.

   Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.

   Reliable in following procedures and meeting goals.

   Must follow specific gowning requirements (gloves,cleanroom attire,face protection).

   Work in a controlled cleanroom (humidity over 30%,temperature 60-70).

   Able to lift up to 40 pounds,stand for long periods,and perform repetitive tasks; PPE and chemical safety awareness required.

Pay

$19.00 - $20.50 Per Hour
