Job Title: Assembly Technician

$18.40/hr- Monday- Thursday 7:30pm- 6am (Night Shift)

$16/hr Monday- Thursday 6am- 4:30pm (Day shiftt)

$17.60/hr- Friday- Sunday 6am- 6:30pm (Weekend Shift)

Job Description

We are looking to hire medical assemblers for the day shift in Logan, UT facility. The role involves standing for the entire shift and assembling large plastic bags that resemble IV bags with valves and chambers. These bags are used by various companies, including those developing vaccines.

Responsibilities

• Assemble large plastic bags with valves and port holes by following customer specifications.

• Sterilize valves by dipping them into a solvent/alcohol mixture and pressing them into existing holes in the bags.

• Read and understand instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in English.

• Maintain a good attitude and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.

Essential Skills

• Ability to stand for the entire shift.

• Experience in general production and assembly.

• Proficiency in reading and following SOPs.

• Good attitude and ability to perform repetitive tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working in a cleanroom environment.

• Knowledge of medical assembly and use of hand tools.

• Experience with microscopes and catheters.

• Ability to work with medical devices and follow work instructions.

Work Environment

The work environment is temperature controlled cleanroom set at around 65 degrees. Employees are required to wear full cleanroom attire including bunny suits, hair nets, and beard nets.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.40/hr.
