Rastelli’s is looking to hire a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative. This position is key to maintaining our high standards of customer service and supporting our sales team across various channels to join our growing team in Swedesboro, New Jersey.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, including managing and processing orders.

• Support the setup and maintenance of product listings and promotional activities.

• Assist in coordinating and communicating with customers

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Processing sample requests.

• Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing sales data.

• Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, production, and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

• Perform general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; College degree is a plus.

• Previous experience in sales support or customer service is preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Team player with a positive attitude.

This is a Full-Time position Monday-Friday
