Rastelli’s is looking to hire a Second Shift Receiving Clerk to join our growing team in Swedesboro, New Jersey.

Job description:

The Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving incoming shipments. Their duties include organizing inventory for easy retrieval as new orders come in, reviewing incoming shipment schedules to maintain productive operations, and documenting damage to inventory.

Job Functions:

  • Obtain and process product orders.

  • Plan logistics to ensure sufficient storage space for incoming items and staff on hand to manage the shipments.

  • Schedule inbound appointments.

  • Keep files of goods shipped and received by preparing regular shipping and receiving reports for managers.

  • Manage issues arising in shipping or inventory handling.

  • Sign-out drivers.

  • Process inbound receipts, scan documents, and upload documents.

  • Assist with all receiving needs.

  • Report daily updates for the following shift.

  • Place merchandise in a warehouse or storage facility by packaging, lifting items as necessary, and operating forklifts and pallet jacks for large goods.

Skills/Responsibilities:

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Microsoft experience and data entry experience.

  • WMS system knowledge preferred.

  • Bilingual a plus not required.

This position is 2nd shift 2:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday -Friday
