Rastelli’s is looking to hire a Fulfillment Assistant to join our growing team in Swedesboro, New Jersey.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Fulfillment Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will assist our sales and customer service teams by handling inquiries and incoming work requests.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with Customer Service team.

• Daily “Waiving” orders with Shopify/Softeon/FMS/CommerceHub

• Handling complaints, inquiries, and feedback from customers.

• Orientation on Customer Satisfaction

• Ability to multitask.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma

• Proficient in using FMS Systems, Microsoft, and Excel.

• Maintaining an organized workspace.

• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

• Bilingual a plus Not required.

This is a 1st shift position starting at 6:30 am, Monday through Thursday, with Potential for Overtime.
