This is a vital role within the Takeda Procurement Solutions function—a dynamic, team within Takeda Business Solutions. We provide professional and timely answers to our internal and external customers’ queries and guide them through the whole source-to-pay process and tools. We come up with improvement ideas on how to make the support more and more effective every day. You would be helping us with efficient query distribution.

As a Vendor Query Team Intern , you will be empowered to provide reliable information and end-to-end support in order to create, maintain and analyze. Reporting to the Team Leader , you will be an innovative, trusted partner to business and Local Organizations.

Accelerate value & make an impact by:

  • Supporting employees and suppliers with best-in-class tools and processes.

  • Working closely with second line support (Accounts Payable Team, Supplier Lifecycle Team, Compliance Team, Treasury Team) to provide stakeholders with end-to-end solution

  • Providing pro-active feedback on how to improve the process / systems

  • Supporting projects when required (e.g. roll outs, systems implementations)

Required qualifications:

  • Fluent English

  • 1st year of studies or higher

  • Additional foreign language would be an asset (German/French)

  • Experience in Customer Service would be an asset (ServiceNow)

  • Ability to work in an international team-based environment remotely, intercultural skills

  • Self-motivated, organized, able to prioritize work

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office

  • Stress resistance, discipline, dedication

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills

  • Customer orientation

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in an international environment

  • Improvement-oriented mindset

  • Interest/experience in external innovations and automation (ERP, WF, Robotics, AI)

  • General curious mindset

  • Building relationships and trust through challenging the status quo
