As a Procurement Senior Sourcing Specialist you will be responsible for:
Supporting the implementation of category strategies by coordinating and executing sourcing events from supplier identification to contract finalization.
Acting as the main contact point for suppliers during End2End sourcing and tendering processes.
Coordinating the entire relationship with a vendor on a regional/local level, up until contracts are signed and tasks are handed over to Supplier enablement and requisition to order teams.
Operating within the guidelines and instructions provided by Procurement category leaders.
Ensuring that hub related metrics are tracked and KPIs are met including delivering defined savings.
Identifyng opportunities to achieve additional savings for the orgaization via advanced adata analysis.
Contributing to category reports.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years operational procurement experience within e-Sourcing, spot-buying, tactical sourcing, or other relevant procurement experience in sourcing and contracting.
Experience withcoordinating RFx and project management of global tenders.
Knowledge of SAP Ariba (Sourcing module, including e-Auctions)
Knowledge of different sourcing tools is an asset.
Procurement expertise (regional and global markets understanding, procurement guidelines, supplier relationship management, risk management etc.).
Business fluency in English, as this is the primary operating language.
Business fluency in additional language is a plus
Experience or demonstrated understanding in supporting contract negotiation and development processes.
Experience in Directs or Indirects categories
Critical thinker prepared to explore new ideas that are aligned to business requirements.
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated understanding of how to translate business requirements into effective sourcing events.
Pro-activeness, ability, and willingness to work in remote set-up with several reporting lines, open for challenges, self-driven.
Ability to build relationships and trust through challenging the status quo.
Interest in external innovations and automation (ERP, WF, Robotics, AI)
General curious and improvement-oriented mindset.
