As Order Management Specialist you will join Philips’ Supply Chain. Join our Order Fulfillment team that is responsible for managing orders for Health System products. In our Philips HS portfolio you can find our well-known products such as cardio monitors, ultrasound, defibrillators and diagnostic imaging equipment. Our customers are the most innovative hospitals around the world.

Your role:

• Managing end-to-end sales orders (standard and non-standard) with use of SAP and other supporting tools.

• Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning and other departments within Philips).

• Providing excellent customer service for our customers.

• Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx).

You're the right fit if:

• You have 2-4 years of experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management) or Logistics;

• You have fluent English language (B2 or higher level);

• You are excellent problem solver with good organizational skills (time management, work management);

• You can take ownership and have strong communication skills;

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

• You have working knowledge of SAP (or other ERP)
