Philips Junior Change & Communications Specialist in Lodz, Poland

Job title: Change & Communication Specialist

Communication specialist play a key role in supporting employee engagement in the Hub (2000 employees) and strongly contributing to the Leadership connects as well visual content for local campaigns geared toward all employees - all of that as part of driving a culture of impact with care.

Your role:

  • Change & Communications team at GBS is responsible for driving and executing the communications strategy for GBS and strengthening the Philips GBS employer brand internally and externally through multiple channels management and engagement activities. This includes supporting org-wide or large-scale change/transition programs and helping leadership drive adoption by applying the standard Philips Change Management methodology.

  • You support in organizing Leadership connects e.g., meeting production, coordinating deck creation & final deck corrections/edits, invites

  • You Coordinate local employee engagement network in driving hub employee engagement events and activities both virtual and offline

  • You support organizing all employee fun@work events and Lodz with a virtual support for events in Istanbul

  • You support with communications plan and content deliverables for hub projects & local campaigns geared toward employees

  • You are responsible for creating visuals : email banners, newscast screens, posters, VE graphics, newsletters, video production & edits

  • You are responsible for regular local comms channels updates & deployment of promotional content , e.g., local share point, newscast, MAPP, Viva Engage

  • You conduct comms & brand trainings on demand and regularly for the Hub

  • You provide comms consultations & proofreading on demand across Hub e.g., newsletters, mails, VE, videos, others

  • You support our Talent Acquisition Branding : creating newsletters with internal opportunities, co-organizing video/photoshoots on the ground

You're the right fit if:

  • you have minimum 1 year of experience in a corporate communications role

  • you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications or related field

  • you have fluent English language level (in speech and in writing)

  • you are experienced in creating small-scale communication project plans and driving execution

  • you are an adept at interacting with stakeholders on various levels

  • you have experience in creating communication via various platforms and forms (mass email, newsletter, Teams meetings, social media, video, graphics, podcast)

  • you enjoy creative and diverse activities

  • you are comfortable working in an agile/scrum and hybrid working environment

  • you had some experience in supporting change communication activities (nice to have)
