Brief description
Barilla Adriatik d.o.o. is looking for a Customer Service Specialist based in Ljubljana (SLO), reporting to the Logistics, Demand planning and Customer service Manager Adriatic. The individual will manage the order to delivery process for Croatia & South Adriatic countries and will support the Logistics & DP-CS Manager in demand planning and logistics’ projects.
We are seeking for enthusiastic professionals, willing to grow within a leading multinational food Company.
Key Accountabilities
· Ensure an effective operation of the Customer Service, from orders’ receipt to goods’ delivery.
· Coordinate the transportation maximizing the process efficiency.
· Manage the communication with customers and customers’ complaints.
· Contribute in demand planning forecast & execution.
· Prepare data & metrics for supply chain reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
· Degree/Master in Economics, Supply Chain & Logistics, Engineering, Transport & Logistics or similar.
· 1-3 years of working experience in relevant positions will be considered as plus.
· IT literate, SAP knowledge will be appreciated.
· Fluency in Croatian/Serbian, Slovenian and English.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Results orientation and can-do attitude
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Flexibility and adaptability to changing environment.
