Job Description

* Manage competing demands relevant to scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality, and differing stakeholder requirements and expectations to satisfy outcomes.

* Support customer facing conversations and initiatives based on service and operational improvement opportunities.

* Identify, recommend, design, and implement solutions that automate routine/repetitive business processes, providing optimized and efficient business operations.

* Develop and revise project plans, work with stakeholders to understand complex problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution promptly, escalating as necessary to meet timelines.

* Manage and prioritize projects based on resource availability and timelines.

* Responsible for ensuring proper change management processes are adhered to.

* Drive longer term IT business systems vision and changes cross-functionally across the enterprise.

* Ensure high availability of critical business systems and maintain overall security of the company's network, systems, and data.

* Prepare overall status and activity metrics that document and tracks delivery of IT services, system availability and outages, response times and other key IT metrics.

* Create and ensure processes and procedures are in place and executed to meet regulatory compliance controls.

* Works with business operations teams to ensure IT change management procedures are followed without impacting business processes.

* Build and maintain relationships with other IT and business leaders to understand business needs and provide cost-effective delivery of IT services to meet those needs.

* Develop and control business applications annual operating and capital expenditure budget and manage expenses to stay within plan.

* Provide strategic direction for business applications teams and guide them to implement best practices.

* Develop and manage supplier relationships and contracts.

Skills and Requirements

* Five+ years' of strategically leading an IT team.

* Experience with ERP systems, including migrations, implementations, and major version upgrades.

Experience with WMS (warehouse management systems)

* Previous experience with managing third party services, consultants and vendors.

* Experience leading an IT team in a distribution or warehousing company.

Experience with Change Management

Experince with PowerBI or other reporting systems (supporting environment etc.)

Experience training & developing P/E experience is a plus.

* Certifications from ITIL, PMI, ISACA or other Industry standards are a plus. null
