This position is located in Livonia, MI. Job SummaryThe Administrative Assistant II will perform general administrative duties including greeting guests, executives and employees, data entry, answering the phone and directing calls. This role will order supplies, schedule meetings, maintain conference rooms, work through issue resolution and work independently on other assigned tasks. As an Administrative Assistant II, you will:Conduct timecard entry corrections, data entry, open and close work orders in PeopleSoft and maintain timecards for record retentionComplete general administrative duties including making copies, filing, faxing, scanning, maintaining visitor log, monitor and maintain training and conference rooms for daily readinessUtilize Microsoft Office to prepare, maintain documents and ensure supplies are ordered and maintainedRun and review daily missing time verification reports and account for missing timeActivate customer badges, take badge photos, request badges from Facilities, monitor badge expirations and control employee and visitor badges to ensure appropriate accessGreet guests and employees, answer multi-line phone, route calls and provide assistanceAssist administrative team with work overflow and act as back-up for vacation and absence coveragePerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedTo be an Administrative Assistant II, you will need:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 3 years of administrative experienceGood written and verbal communication skills and very detail orientedAbility to answer multi-line phone, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and work independently and in a team environmentAbility to provide support to various locations and have reliable attendanceAbility to work overtime as needed including weekendsIntermediate computer skills (MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel)A successful candidate may also have:Associate degree in Business or relatedIf you share our passion for providing innovative solutions to complex challenges, we want you on our team.
