Responsibilities:

Provides leadership and

guidance to staff

Functions and Activities) for

the Water Works, Sewer Maintenance

te departments

Ensures

that Standard Operating Procedures

(SOP's) are

up to

date

Establishes short and

long

term

program

and service goals and

objecti

ves
