What We Offer:

  • Competitive Base Pay: $18/hour plus commission

  • Earnings Potential: Up to $70,000 in your first year, with commission

Who You Are:

  • Experienced: Background in in-home sales or interior design; familiarity with window treatments is advantageous

  • Communicative: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven Performer: Demonstrated success in sales roles

  • Adaptable: Thrives in a dynamic, ever-changing environment

  • Personable: Enjoys interacting with customers and building relationships

  • Design-Savvy: Skilled in design scope and project management

Your Role in Four Parts:

  • Client Engagement:

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients in various settings, including stores, offices, and restaurants

  • Work with the sales administrator to send out new home sales listings and capture new opportunities

  • Follow up on leads from builders and bid opportunities

  • Network with designers, builders, and past clients to expand your client base

  • Deliver exceptional service to convert prospects into satisfied customers

  • Sales Execution:

  • Conduct in-home consultations to showcase our products and close sales

  • Evaluate each space to recommend the best products based on your in-depth catalog knowledge

  • Project Management:

  • Obtain and manage quotes, ensuring timely and clear communication from project scope to installation

  • Track and log client orders, coordinating with the sales administrator for deposit collection and order review

  • Oversee processes like permits, CAD drawings, and backorder follow-ups

  • Keep project statuses updated throughout the process

  • Account Management:

  • Gather feedback from installers to continuously improve our services

  • Send personalized follow-up communications to clients

  • Maintain an innovative mindset and promote exemplary work on social media

  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with team members, customers, and vendors

  • Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets
