As a Quality Inspector for machined parts, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the precision and excellence of products. From inspecting components to troubleshooting alongside various teams, your expertise will uphold this manufacturer’s commitment to quality.Responsibilities:Conduct thorough mechanical and visual inspections, including layout of components, to ensure compliance with specifications.Collaborate closely with manufacturing, supplier quality, and design engineering to identify and address any issues.Manage paperwork efficiently to facilitate the smooth progression of products through operations and inventory.Take on additional tasks as assigned to support the quality assurance process.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.Proficiency in reading blueprints and familiarity with GD&T.3-5+ years of experience in inspecting and measuring machined parts with tolerances of 5 thousandths or less.Strong knowledge of surface plate techniques, various measuring devices, and quality procedures.Experience with machining, CMM operation, or programming is advantageous.Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person/Permanent Resident (Green Card holder).Flexibility to work overtime as needed.Apply now to become an integral part of this team!  Send a resume to mfgresume@cpsrecruiter.com today for immediate consideration!CPS Recruitment is an EOE#mfg123#ADV24z
