ManpowerGroup Lead Systems Specialist (HVAC) in Livermore, California

Our client, a leader in the HVAC industry, is seeking an experienced HVAC Controls Systems Project Leader to join their team. As a Project Leader, you will be part of the Engineering Department, supporting HVAC controls and systems design projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving, and technical communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HVAC Controls Systems Project Leader

Location: Livermore, CA

Pay: $60-65/h + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on-site project execution for HVAC control systems, ensuring completion on time and within budget

  • Oversee system design, programming, and commissioning, coordinating with subcontractors and technicians

  • Manage project financials, including costs, billings, and change orders

  • Communicate with clients on technical and business aspects throughout project phases

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal requirements

Requirements:

  • Technical Associate's degree with 2+ years of field experience or equivalent in the HVAC industry

  • Hands-on experience in HVAC control systems design and commissioning

  • Strong technical communication and independent work skills

  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, control theory, and project costing principles

  • Proficiency in PC-based systems and relevant software
