Requirements: * * Previous dealership, selling or marketing experience preferred. * High level of customer service is required. * Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. * Professional personal appearance. * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to meet company’s production and quality standards. * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record   Job Responsibilities: * Interfaces with current used vehicle owners from multiple resources with the purpose of purchasing their vehicle. * Approaches, greets, and interfaces with dealership customers to appraise and offer to purchase their current vehicles. * Established personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devises a strategy to meet those goals. * Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to guest satisfaction. * Maintains a prospect development system of current used vehicle prospects and schedules appointments to appraise and purchase used vehicles. * Buying vehicles; we supply over 200 leads per month * Finalizing all the purchase paperwork with the customers and collecting all the required documents to complete the purchase * Proficient with using DMS / CRM and other online tools to help with buying vehicles * Review monthly goals with management on vehicles purchased to better utilize time and plans more effectively   Benefits: * Medical * Vision * Dental * 401K * Paid Vacation * Training * Free College Education courses for Employees and their Family * Great growth opportunities and willing to train for advancement positions *   *   * If interested please reply today with a copy of your resume and qualifications. * Livermore Ford is an equal opportunity employer.  * All employee candidates must go through a background and drug screening prior to employment.
