Quail Electronics, Inc. is a world leader in domestic and international power cord supplies for the OEM market for over 30 years. https://www.quail.com/ Position               Front Office Administrator Overview: Responsible for all “front desk” operations including answering incoming calls, directs callers to appropriate personnel, greeting visitors and otherwise relieves office team of clerical work and administrative details. Essential Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Answer incoming telephone calls, determines the purpose of callers, and forwards calls to the appropriate people. * Answers questions about the company and provides callers with address, directions, and other information. * Reviews and completes Dailies which consists of matching of sales orders and invoices then proofing invoices against the sales orders and/or Purchase Orders. * Creates and print routine memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents. * Routes incoming mail. Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by others. * Organizes and maintains file system and files correspondence and other records. * Orders and maintains supplies and arranges for equipment maintenance. * Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating. * Assist Managers in preparing and maintaining customer orders and invoices. * Other duties or responsibilities as assigned by supervisor. Required Education/Experience: To be eligible to perform this job, an individual should possess the following: * Associates Degree (A.A.) or comparable training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Have 1-2-year experience in a professional office setting. Skills/Qualifications/Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess the following: * Excellent customer service and telephone skills. * Excellent communication skills. * Good humor and professional demeanor. * Excellent grammar and writing ability. * Strong computer skills - Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. * Efficient, detail-oriented, organized and creative with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. * An appetite for continuously learning new skills and pitching in where necessary.
