We are proud to offer our Employees multiple benefit programs, paid vacation, training, and Free College Education for employees and their families.   Our current locations include: Livermore Ford Livermore Lincoln Livermore Maserati and Alfa Romeo Tracy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Tracy Volkswagen Gilroy Chevrolet Cadillac Gilroy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Gilroy Buick GMC Gill Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Gill GMC Gill Chevrolet Windward Ford of Hawaii   Benefits: * Medical * Vision * Dental * 401K * Paid Vacation * Training * Free College Education courses for Employees and their Family * Great growth opportunities and willing to train for advancement positions   Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Ordering of new OEM inventory and track of current stock levels, market supply, etc. • Ensures consistent updates and follow-up on all inventory concerns. • Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages. • Stocks in any new vehicle from port or special order from the factory or dealer traded vehicle and assists in coordinating pick-ups and deliveries with any shippers. • Updates the inventory system, both new and/or used, up to date. • Ensures all the vehicle invoices in the inventory system are up to date. • Assists department in ensuring photos are taken of select new vehicles as instructed by management. • Works with management to ensure DMS has the relevant information pertaining to each vehicle. • Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management.     Qualifications * H.S. Diploma/GED/ or Equivalent * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; at least 1 year of related experience * Good verbal and written communication skills * Current California Driver License with a satisfactory Department of Motor Vehicle driving record * Previous experience with Ford, FCA, and GM required.
