Quail Electronics, Inc. has been a world leader in domestic and international power cord supplies for the OEM market for over 30 years. https://www.quail.com/ Position               Administrative Assistant Overview: Responsible for administrative assistant support to sales/operations team. Essential Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Documentation fulfillment (supplier surveys, quality surveys, gather and submit various other documentation requests, etc.) * Assist purchasing department by updating system with accurate dates on inbound purchase orders * Run reports * Upload documents to website * Cross trained on modifying drawings from CAD to pdf and then uploading to website other specified network locations *  Data Entry   Required Education/Experience: To be eligible to perform this job, an individual should possess the following: * Associate’s degree (A.A.) or comparable training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Have 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative/professional office setting. Skills/Qualifications/Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess the following: * Effective problem-solving skills * Ability to work and collaboratively with internal/external customers * independently, communication (will be working with customers and vendors regarding documentation fulfilment). * Excellent customer service and telephone skills. * Excellent communication skills. * Good humor and professional demeanor. * Excellent grammar and writing ability. * Strong computer skills - Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. * Efficient, detail-oriented, well-organized and creative with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. * An appetite for continuously learning new skills and pitching in where necessary.
