GENERAL SUMMARY: Oversee all activities and maintenance of a feed mill facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor feed sampling. Monitor preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment and machinery are functioning properly. Complete all paperwork and reports associated with mill. Match feed delivery tickets, etc.

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties include scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of work as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager. Recommends personnel actions such as hiring, terminations, and/or disciplinary actions.

EDUCATION:

Typically, requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).

EXPERIENCE:

Typically, requires a minimum of 2 years of DIRECTLY RELATED experience.
