This position is a 12-month fixed-term full-time contract position.

The role:

Reporting to the Account Director, the Senior Account Manager manages Live Nation and Secret Sounds client accounts across a range of music sponsorship campaigns.

The Senior Account Manager will be skilled in understanding client needs and translating key strategic objectives into campaigns rooted in music that come to life throughout the fan journey.

You are responsible for managing the client with an innovative and solutions focused approach to delivering complex brand partnerships and developing long term partner relationships.

You are responsible for managing the agency response workflow - from strategy, to pitch, to execution. You are confident and skilled at managing complex priorities and requirements across contracts and campaigns.

You are responsible for leading our client partners in developing exceptional sponsorship-driven platforms to help them accomplish their business objectives and deliver exceptional ROI.

You are passionate about music and culture and are fueled to amplify brand partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary day to day relationship owner of a suite of dedicated clients across a range of campaigns

  • Manage end to end client campaigns including; account management, internal and external stakeholder engagement and coordinating agency workflow

  • Execute brand partnership campaigns and manage event integration deliverables

  • Communicate client’s goals, needs, requirements and requests and translating into detailed agency briefs in collaboration with your teammates

  • Manage pitch response process with internal teams ensuring brief responses meet client KPIs and campaign strategy

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow your accounts

  • Contribute to the creative idea generation for all clients that will deliver ROI

  • Client budget management

  • Support client campaigns at events - acting as a key on ground contact for clients where required

About you:

  • 3+ years account management experience within creative agency or a similar role in a media publisher or experiential agency

  • Ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running in a dynamic role

  • Campaign management and event related experience

  • Demonstrated experience as the primary relationship owner with gold standard clients

  • Comprehensive understanding and experience in the digital and social media landscape

  • Excellent written, verbal communication and relationship building skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • You will need to be available outside of usual business hours during peak event periods

  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal agency teams including creative and experiential
