Job Duties and Responsibilities
At Boost Mobile, the Product Acceptance Team’s (PAT) mission is to ensure that software applications meet the needs of end-users and deliver a positive customer experience. This important role involves collaborating closely with business stakeholders, understanding their needs, and conducting thorough testing to validate the functionality and usability of software applications during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather UAT requirements and create test plans.
Develop and execute UAT test cases based on business requirements.
Coordinate UAT activities, including test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
Communicate UAT results and issues to project teams and stakeholders.
Create, review, validate, and maintain a comprehensive regression test suite.
Provide feedback to the development team on product functionality and usability.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or UAT Analyst in software development projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to comprehend technical/business requirements and specifications
Ability to learn new technologies and tools
Strong competency using Google Suite is desired
Experience/familiarity using tools such as Rally, Service Now, JIRA, or similar for test management and defect tracking is a plus
Attention to detail and discipline while managing multiple tasks simultaneously – ensuring a smooth transition from development to production
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
