Department Summary

Our Retail Wireless team, serving our Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile Brands, is redefining consumer expectations through new platforms, new business models and new ways of thinking. Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, develop, and present business cases that clearly articulate the value proposition of strategic projects to senior management

  • Develop a deep understanding of each partner and the opportunities for growth throughout that partner’s ecosystem

  • Work cross-functionally (Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance) to gather necessary data, insights, and assumptions in order to prepare business cases and accurate revenue modeling

  • Evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and research strategic opportunities for business growth

  • Monitor and report on the performance of initiatives, providing recommendations based on outcomes and market developments

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business operations or finance

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Google preferred

  • Experience with financial modeling

  • Ability to build business cases and justifications

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build and maintain relationships at all levels

  • Demonstrated ability to present to leadership

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
