Title: Groundskeeper

Pay: $20.00/hr

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Location: Littleton, CO

Temp-to-Hire

What you will do:

• Mow, edge, and trim lawns using power mowers, edgers, and trimmers.

• Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of lawns and report any issues observed.

• Remove weeds, dead plants, and debris from lawns.

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on groundskeeping equipment and tools.

• Clean and maintain outdoor areas, including pathways, parking lots, and recreational areas.

• Monitor the health of plants and lawns, identifying and addressing any issues or diseases.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures while performing all tasks.

• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.

• Assist with snow removal and other seasonal tasks as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proven experience as a groundskeeper, landscaper, or similar role.

• Knowledge of lawn care, gardening techniques, and plant care.

• Familiarity with landscaping and groundskeeping equipment and tools.

• Ability to operate and maintain power mowers, edgers, trimmers, and other groundskeeping equipment.

• Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.

• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
